'Thistle'

Thistle is a very sweet, and slightly unusual hand-dyed purple alpaca teddy. She has been made using our 'Lyric' design, but with a slight alteration to the placement of her facial colour pieces - resulting in the super cute look you see before you - that reminds us of thistle flowers in bloom :) 

Thistle's alpaca fur is our standard longpile 24mm alpaca, hand-dyed in a mottled deep purple with slightly lighter pink-purple tones throughout the pile, and contrasted with the standard ivory. The backing of the hand-dyed purple fur is a lot brighter in colour, and matches the embroidery thread colouring used for her sweet little nose, and her rich satin bow as well. 

Thistle is fully T-pin jointed and stuffed well with polyfill and a light amount of bead shot. Her paw and hand pads are made from trimmed back alpaca and have been hand sculpted and shaded. She looks out through black glass eyes and is a one of a kind artist bear.
